The main features are as follows:
- Products with complex geometric shapes can be prepared freely and directly.
- The forming cycle is short, only tens of one-hundredth of the pouring and hot pressing molding time, the strength of the billet is high, the production can be automated, and the management and control of the production process is also convenient, suitable for mass production.
- Due to the good fluidity of the binder, the density of the injection molding billet is quite uniform.
- Due to the addition of more binders in injection molding, the degreasing time is long, especially for products with large thickness, the degreasing time may be as long as 100-200 hours.
- Because the powder and binder mix is very uniform, the gap between the powder is very small, and the shrinkage characteristics in the sintering process are basically the same, so the product has uniform density in all parts and high geometric accuracy.
